FOLIVA Store Policies — paste into Shopify Admin

Go to: Shopify Admin → Settings → Policies. There are boxes for "Refund policy", "Shipping policy", and "Terms of service" — paste the matching text below into each box and click Save. This will make the pages live at foliva.store/policies/... which is what Razorpay checks for during KYC/website-details review.

Welcome to FOLIVA ("we", "us", "our"), operating the website foliva.store (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products We sell hair care products, including the FOLIVA Advanced Hair Growth Serum. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice. We do not guarantee that product colors or images displayed on the Site will exactly match the physical product.

2. Orders and Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner (Razorpay). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any amount charged will be refunded in full.

5. Use of the Site You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

6. Product Use and Disclaimer Our products are cosmetic hair care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. If you have a known scalp condition, allergy, or are pregnant or nursing, please consult a physician before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including the FOLIVA name, logo, text, graphics, and images, is the property of FOLIVA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOLIVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at FOLIVA. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns Because our products are cosmetic/personal-care items applied to the skin and scalp, for hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product seal/packaging was tampered with or broken upon delivery.

Returns are not accepted simply due to change of mind once the product seal has been opened or used.

2. Return Window Any eligible return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery, by emailing punjabhaq09@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product/packaging.

3. Refund Process Once your return request is approved and the product (if applicable) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Requests raised after the 7-day window.
  • Products without original packaging/seal (unless the claim is for a damaged/defective item).

5. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under the conditions above.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another once it ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days
  • Shipping charge: Free (Standard shipping)

3. International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
  • Shipping charge: as shown at checkout

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.

5. Delays While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
